Hello, I’m Christina,
After spending much of my career in office environments and later running my own successful cleaning business, I decided to follow my true passion — helping others create lasting positive change in their lives.
I am currently training in Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapy at the prestigious Clifton Practice of Hypnotherapy Training (CPHT) and will graduate in December. This is a safe, modern, and well-researched approach that helps people break free from the negative cycles of anxiety, stress, and low mood, and move forward with confidence and clarity.
Each month, I’m expanding the areas I work with, supporting clients who experience anxiety or low mood-related challenges such as sleep issues, stress, and IBS. I also help with phobias and fears, OCD, weight management, chronic pain, and smoking/vaping cessation.
As a registered student member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and a member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH), I am fully insured and hold an Enhanced DBS certificate.
Because I’m still completing my double diploma, my sessions are currently offered at half price.
Having personally overcome smoking and alcohol dependency and successfully maintained a 50-lb weight loss, I deeply understand the challenges of change — and the freedom that comes from achieving it.
All sessions are delivered conveniently via Zoom, making therapy accessible for those with busy schedules or who prefer the comfort of their own space.
